Privacy Policy
Your information stays on your Mac. Still does not send calendar events, music activity, file contents, or device statistics to the developer.
Who provides Still

Data the app uses locally
- Preferences and favorite apps: Still stores appearance, interaction, feature choices, and selected app identifiers locally on your Mac.
- Calendar, if you enable it: Still reads events to display your ongoing or next timed event within seven days. It does not create, change, upload, or sell calendar events.
- Apple Music, if you connect it: Still reads the current track’s title, artist, album, position, and artwork and sends the playback commands you choose to Apple’s Music app.
- File shelf: Still keeps temporary references to the files you drop. It does not copy or upload them. References are removed when Still quits; clearing the shelf does not delete your files.
- Mac status: Battery, CPU, memory, storage, audio-output, and network counters are used to show the app’s status displays. They are not sent to the developer.
No tracking or accounts
Still has no registration, advertising, analytics SDK, tracking, or developer-operated cloud service. It does not record your microphone, camera, browsing history, or keystrokes. The keyboard shortcut registers only the chosen key combination.
Your choices
Calendar and music access are optional. Disable Calendar or disconnect Music in Still Settings at any time. You can revoke macOS permissions under System Settings → Privacy & Security. Launch at Login is also optional. Quit Still to clear shelf references and in-memory event and music information. Local preferences remain until you remove the app’s local data.
Support communications
If you email or call us, we use the information you choose to provide to answer your request and resolve the issue. Email is handled by our email service provider. Do not send sensitive files or calendar details unless necessary for your request. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations; contact us to request deletion.
Apple and other apps
Apple handles App Store transactions under Apple’s privacy policy. The Music app and other apps you open operate under their own privacy policies. Still does not receive your payment card details. Following a support website or email link opens your browser or mail app.
